As an expert witness, I’ve been involved in countless depositions over the years. Some are grueling, some are enlightening, and occasionally, some are truly satisfying. I’ll never forget one particular deposition from early in my career, perhaps 10 to 15 years ago, alongside one of my favorite attorneys, Lisa Leasure, from Denver—she’s simply amazing.
